You have up to 14 days from the shipment date to return merchandise. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way. All Products must be in sellable condition and Unused. You may receive a refund, replacement or online store credit. Items purchased from our retail store must be returned to the same retail store location. Clothing:
Clothing must not be worn and must include original undamaged packaging. We recommend that you walk around on carpet to see if shoes fit. If they don’t fit, the bottoms won’t be dirty and you can send them back. Sunglasses must have no scratches and be in sellable condition. Videos, DVD’s and CD’s must be unopened and in original packaging. Items that do not fit can only be exchanged for the same item in the correct size. if a correct size is not available a store credit will be issued. all return shipping will be responsibility of the customer
HardGoods:
All products must be returned in sellable condition. Skateboards must be unused and in sellable condition. Once a deck and/or wheels have been used they are non-returnable. Same applies to complete skateboards that have been put together. Any claim for defective Skateboards will be handled on a case by case basis at the discretion of Wildwood Skate Shop. Claims for defective products should be made directly with the product manufacture and are not the responsibility of Wildwood Skate Shop.
What happens if I received damaged or incorrect merchandise?
If we shipped you an item that was incorrect or damaged, please contact as soon as possible so we can help correct this issue. Otherwise, all returns must be returned at the customers expense. We suggest you return your merchandise via UPS, Federal Express or USPS Priority Mail with Delivery tracking Confirmation.

Include your invoice, the product you would like to send back, and the reason for your return.
When we receive the product we will issue a refund or exchange your item for the correct item at your request.
Shipping:
Customers Must select a shipping option at the time of checkout we recommend 15 dollar flat rate shipping. if you do not select a shipping option an invoice for the cost of shipping will be sent to the Email you provided at checkout. your items will not be shipped until the shipping is paid for. Shipping Invoices should be paid within 14 days of being issued or your order may be Canceled. Orders canceled due to failure to select and/or pay shipping costs will not be refunded.
Refunds:
If an item is out of stock or for some reason not available you will be issued a complete refund for the purchase price and any shipping fees and taxes. Refunds will not be issued for items that are lost or stolen during shipping. all damage or loss during shipping is not the responsibility of wildwood skate shop. Orders that are canceled by customers request prior to pickup or shipping will receive a partial refund of the purchase price less any payment processing fees and a 10% restocking fee. orders canceled for failure to pay shipping are not elidgible for refunds. Items returned for incorrect fit are not eligible for cash refunds. Refunds can take up to 14 days to process.
